A disposizione degli ospiti 6 appartamenti indipendenti, una piscina attrezzata (9x4 mt ca., aperta da maggio a settembre ca.) e relax in ampi spazi immersi nel verde della campagna toscana, tra campi coltivati, boschi, oliveti e vigneti. A 2 km si trova l'antico borgo di Montescudaio in posizione panoramica sul mare (12 km ca.).

At guests' disposal are 6 independent flats, an equipped swimming pool (9x4 mt, open from may to september), and relaxation, in the wide, green space of the Tuscan countryside, among cultivated fields, wood lands, olive orchards and vineyards. At a distance of about 2 km, there is the ancient village of Montescudaio in a panoramic position facing the sea (about 12 km).

Alter Gutshof, vollständig im rustikalen toskanischen Stil, in den sanften Hügeln des unteren Cecina-Tals, das sich vom Meer zur Etruskerstadt Volterra erstreckt (ca. 35 km). Zur Verfügung der Gäste stehen 6 unabhängige Wohnungen, ein vollständig ausgerüsteter Swimmingpool (ca. 9x4 m, geöffnet von ungefähr Mai bis September) sowie Entspannung auf den weitläufigen Grünflächen, eingetaucht in das Grün der toskanischen Landschaft, umgeben von Feldern, Wäldern, Olivenhainen und Weinbergen.
In einer Entfernung von ca. 2 km befindet sich der alte Weiler Montescudaio mit seiner zauberhaften Aussicht auf das Meer (ca. 12 km).
